    Hello there,

    I had trouble log into my web wallet accounts for a couple of weeks now.

    The following message have been showing up for month:
    “your horizon passphrase should be 12 characters in length or more, ideally over 35 characters. if you want to log in with this unsafe passphrase, hit enter again. if you are a new user, click the registration link below to register a secure passphrase.”

    I used to just click “enter” an access my account anyway. But for a couple of week a quick notification that says ” Could not log to server” appears and I have no access to my web wallet.

    The main message did not change so I do not know what to do.

    Any help would be welcome.

    Hay! what was your last balance of account? and can you give us account ID/RS (Not passphrase of your account) ??

    If you used to just ‘Enter’ to login your web wallet, without any password/passphrase it mean you used an default account and can be accessible to ALL !

    Currently the account (which could be access just to enter) has balance of 2508 and you might say it’s gone.

    You need to ENTER YOU OWN PASSPHRASE which must be 35 characters long to security insurance for your HZ wallet password.

    Sorry, but croud true is; all it’s gone.

    Thanks for your answer.

    Well to log into my account I would enter the passphrase, click enter, get the message that my passphrase is not safe but that I could keep going if I want to, click enter again an access my account.

    Now the exact same message still appears but when I eat enter again a notification saying “could not log to the server” appears and log in is not possible.

    The warning never makes it mandatory to create a new account with a 35 words long passphrase.

    There balance are low but I have some assets on the first one that do not show on the balance (I think)

    Thank you for your clarification.

    As I can understand you have your own passphrase but that is not either 35 char long or don’t have enough upper/lower case with number and sign char mixing.

    If this is the status, you batter create another brand new account and transfer your assets and balance to new account. It can be done with a very low cost (1HZ /asset transfer).

    After emptying old/current account start using new one without annoyed warning and more security.

    @Mawoo I am using the web wallet.
    @ Cryptoadict Thing is I can not transfert my assets cause I can not log into the account.

    I guess it’s gone.

    I don’t insist anyone to enter their passphrase to an unknown ‘wallet’ but if you think those are ‘gone’

    It is my wallet, non-ssl, no other extra security and currently tested by me few minutes back.

    Please let me know if you can enter your old wallet. One think make me hopeful as you said the 2nd click on enter shows error ” can’t login” normally shows if wab wallet can’t communicate with backend HZ wallet for any reason.

    I’m able to use the web wallet.
    Could you please clean your browser cache and try again?
    Could you also please try another browser, computer, isp?

    Hi there,

    Just to let you know that I manage to log in with a third browser, Safari (that I never use and forgot about). Last week I tried Chrome and Opera on my laptop, and Chrome, Opera and Safari on the home computer. I was unable to log in even after cleaning my history and the cache using onyx.

    So I don’t know what is wrong, I guess re-installing the browers after another cleaning might do it this time.
